Mobile Foster Labs is a mobile software studio based in Ahmedabad, India. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Mobile Foster Labs. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

This website is a static set of pages. It does not have contact forms, sign-ups, logins, or tracking scripts run by us. We don't set cookies from this site.

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, device type, browser, and which pages loaded. This is standard web traffic information and is used for security, reliability, and abuse prevention on their infrastructure.

If you email us, whatever information you choose to include in that email (your name, email address, project details, and so on) is stored in our email provider's system so we can read and reply to it.

We only use the information you send us to reply to you and to discuss the project or question you wrote about. We don't build marketing profiles, we don't run advertising, and we don't send newsletters unless you explicitly ask for one.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. We don't share it with third parties for marketing. The only parties who may have access to it are the service providers who host our site and our email (for example Cloudflare and our email provider), and they only see it as part of normally delivering those services.

We may share information if the law requires us to (for example, in response to a valid legal request).

We keep email conversations for as long as they are useful to the project or relationship. If you'd like us to delete emails you've sent us, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page and we'll do so, unless we're required to keep a record for legal or accounting reasons.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and other applicable laws, you have the right to:

— ask us what personal information we hold about you
— ask us to correct information that is wrong
— ask us to delete your information
— withdraw consent you previously gave us

This website is not directed at children under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

We take reasonable precautions to protect information you send us, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We can't guarantee absolute security.

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date at the top. Please check back from time to time.
